I have a lot of difficulty uploading my .jpg files that were created in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Hi CILNM , 

Can you confirm that your image is saved with RGB as the color mode? If saved with CMYK (common in PS or IL) you may have trouble uploading. Another thing to check is that you don't have any layers saved as part of the image file.

Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!  It was CMYK!!  Solved my problem!
