On the Contacts tab: a column that shows the lists to which each contact is subscribed. This would allow easy identification of duplicates when sending emails to multiple lists
Sending email to multiple lists simultaneously: show duplicates and allow user to send that contact the email just once
Search for duplicates: A search function that allows a user to find contacts on duplicate lists, with a column that shows the lists to which the contact is included
Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! The good news is showing lists as a column under contacts is a feature request we are currently collecting feedback on. In fact we recommend sharing your need for this feature directly on that request thread.
On the other hand, when it comes to searching for contacts on multiple lists - does the List Membership criteria under contact segments help fit your needs? Also, how would you expect to see which contacts are on more than one list when scheduling your campaign? It's important we point out lists are de-duplicated upon send and each email address receives the campaign only once, as desired.
