I want to change her email address, that is why she unsubscribed but do not see this option.

Hello @FloM. Thank you for this feedback. To better understand the issue and request, are you trying to edit an unsubscribed email address? If not, would you be able to elaborate on what you mean by making the form more complete?

I too have the issue where customers wish to make updates to their email address, but since they can't easily access an UPDATE PROFILE link, they instead unsubscribe. I need to post a subscribe, and update, link on my site.
