It would be useful to have a subject line for the Contact Us form, and to be able to use that subject line to send those questions or concerns to a specific email address. For example, if someone picked "Payment Questions" those submissions would be sent to the person who handles payments instead of everyone in the office receiving those submissions.
Does using a custom field help fit your needs of collecting the questions or concerns of your sign-ups? As for submissions being sent to specific people, how would you expect this to happen? For example, are you looking for contacts to have the option to select between multiple lists based on their questions or concerns is one way someone can track the submissions for their specific fields?
