24 Hours Military Time Setting

Okay, I'm asking you to help stop me from making mistakes, but I'm bet I'm not the only one. Twice in the past few months I have sent out emails in the PM rather than AM, and I wish there was a way to set the send time using 24 hour military style time instead of AM/PM.
