Add List Segmentation to Action Blocks

Hi, 

We really like the ease of the Read More and the Video blocks in adding informational content into our emails. However, we would really like to segment people who click them into our "Blog Readers" and "Self Care Video Watchers" contact lists so that we can send them additional related content. The only way to do this would be adding the links to the blogs or videos by hand which defeats the ease of using the Read More or Video blocks. Please fix this so that we can segment those clicks
