Create customized unsubscribe reasons

Can you add the option "moved" or something of the like to the list of reasons when customers unsubscribe, please? We like to make note of it in our system. We don't know unless they tell us in the comments.

I am requesting for there to be options when an email recipient clicks "unsubscribe."

 

Either be able to select from a customized selection of lists to unsubscribe from or customized screen which appeal for them to stay, asking custom questions about why they are leaving. 

 

The "Update Profile" at the bottom of the emails is not a solution. Options for when the "Unsubscribe" button is clicked is what is needed.

Hi,

It would be great if we could add, or even modify, the reasons why subscribers cancel their subscriptions.

Most subscribers do not pick one of the choices you provide.

Their reasons would be valuable information for keeping current subscribers happier.

Why is it not possible to edit the unsubscribe feedback options?

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

 

In the meantime, if a contact has a reason beyond the default options provided, they may type it out in the selectable Other option's text box.
