Would you be able to elabroate on what it is you're looking to do in your account?

By apps, are you referring to all integrations (e.g. Salesforce, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.) and addons (e.g. Inbox Preview, SMS, Email Archive, etc.), or just integrations?

Are you more looking for a "kill switch" type function that would simply invoke the system to trigger disconnect functions for connected integrations and/or cancel billed addons? Or are you more looking for a singular page for all connected apps/integrations to be listed out so you can determine which to keep and which to remove?
