Design of a template

I just joined Constant Contact community and was promised a specific template.  Had my 2nd call to get it done and it wasn't going really well, until I was passed on to Heidi Bailey.  She was super patient with me, listened to my vision and ultimately helped me design it.  She was in an unfamiliar territory as she is not a designer but nevertheless she did a great job and was of great assistance to me.

I appreciate Heidi's help and would like that her managers recognize her excellent skills.  Thank you Heidi for helping me with my template vision.
