Disappointing Customer Service Behavior.

I have never worked with any organization in the past where I have been so frustrated in communicating to a sales representative that the organization I work for is not yet ready in moving forward to implement a platform that is in a trial run. Your software would have been a great contender if it wasn't for your pushy, relentless sales driven representative that didn't know how to take "not ready yet" as an answer. And instead my responses being accepted they fell on def ears. Thank you for your free trial. If we ever consider your company again I would like to request to not have the same account rep assist me.
