Ā Hide specific contact lists from users
It would be extremely valuable to have the option to set contact lists as private and/orhave the option to restrict access to users.Ā

For example, I may want two of my users to have access to all of our internal contacts, but want only one of them to be able to access our external/client contact lists.Ā

The implementation of this solution would significantly enhance organizational management and security, thus elevating the value proposition of this platform.

At this time, the specific function of limiting contact list access based on selected account usersĀ isn't on our road map. If there's a change to the idea's status with the devs, or an increase in requests for its development, we'll update this thread accordingly.

At this time, if you do not want a user on your account viewing and managing contact lists, they'd need to be a Campaign Creator user role. To vote and voice use cases on more general user permission customization, see this Product Idea thread.
