Import more than 40k contacts or 4MB in one file.

Uploading contacts from an excel / csv file is very frustrating. The maximum file size is extremely limiting. I have to split up contacts into at least 5 separate excel files, and even then I cannot add more than 40,000 contacts at once. Please fix this, I'm sure there are other businesses who have large databases who would also find this feature useful.
