New Survey Format

0 Votes

The new survey format is not nearly as good as the previous one. It's more restrictive as far as layout, doesn't seem to allow for greeting and closing pages, doesn't allow for skip/conditional logic, and it doesn't allow for N/A options in scale questions. It leaves much to be desired and hasn't met my needs at all. I will reach out to Customer Service for assistance next week, but it is very likely that I will have to look for a completely different platform to create my survey and that is disappointing.

Hi @DHMSOMarketing thanks for sharing this feedback with us! The good news is the feature requests you have mentioned are requests we are currently collecting feedback on. In fact we recommend sharing your request directly on the threads for editing the greeting/closing page and allowing skip logic. The more requests a thread receives the higher of a priority it can be given by our Product Team. With that said what are some cases where you would want the option for N/A to be available on a ranking question? Would skip logic fit your needs instead in these cases?
