Notification of Another User Working On An Email

Hi, I am working on a newsletter with multiple contributors and it's terribly frustrating when we are on deadline that we have to wait until someone else is out before we can work on it. It seems like something that is easily fixable. We used to use  and multiple people could edit in a campaign at a time. Also, Google docs has that functionality. Why doesn't Constant Contact? Thank you.
