Phone records

Why don't you support phone records? It appears you don't think businesses that conduct themselves along personal relationship lines should bother with Constant Contact. Ok, I'll look elsewhere.

Hi @BlackwellCE what exactly are you looking to accomplish with these phone records? How would you expect for the phone records of your contacts to be supported?

As a contact management system, I would expect to see all contacts I've made with my customer. Ask yourself, How many ways can you contact someone?  Suppose your customers were real people and not just digital records. What is it you need to remember about their views and perspectives regarding the topics discussed at a lunch appointment or the phone call or the email or the text msg?I expect to pull up Sally Mayes account and see a chronological history of our conversation and relationship development, in addition to which campaigns she was a part of, and her responses, etc, etc, etc., so I can tailor my business to meet her explicit and personal needs.
