Please Fix Facebook Audience Counting

Unlike other social media platforms, Facebook has two ways that you can be followed by your audience. Audiences can either LIKE your company page or they can FOLLOW your company page... each of these two methods for following your company page leads to the same result and should be added together for the total number of followers... I see that Constant Contact is only counting of these categories of followers but should be counting both of them for a true reflection of followership.

Hi @DavidJ3010,

Are you referring to this (scroll to Step 5 under -Check your audience growth')? It says that it tracks the "...total number of people who actively like, follow, or connect with your social profiles." Are you seeing a discrepancy with those numbers?

I just want make sure I understand it right so I can properly submit your feedback!
