Select or exclude individual contacts when sending an email

Can you please add a feature to exclude specific email addresses or lists from a campaign? This is a feature I used often with my previous provider that helped me target specific audiences more effectively.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

Please keep in mind this service request is very narrowly for being able to exclude specific contacts on a case-by-case basis when scheduling emails. If you're looking for ways to potentially narrow your existing contacts / lists when scheduling emails based on certain, broader criteria, then I'd advise looking into our segmentation system or narrowing-by-tag.

It would be highly beneficial if, during the list selection phase for an email campaign, we could have a column or field that allows us to manually exclude specific contacts directly within the platform. For example, when I need to send a communication to my clients but want to leave out a handful (fewer than 10) due to other ongoing communications, it’s currently necessary to export the list, remove those contacts, and then re-upload it—an unnecessarily cumbersome process. An exclusion option would allow us to type in the contacts we wish to omit quickly, streamlining the workflow and significantly improving efficiency.
