Show total contacts # when lists are selected

Please implement a total # of contacts within lists selected once we've selected the lists before sending campaign. This acts as a double-check as to whether we have it about right. Partly because your window is small that if lists were pre-selected on an earlier draft and you picked on up top without seeing the others way below, it would help.

ah, okay yes-thx. Been working on a small laptop at home so screen space is very small.
