Survey - before you shove everyone into the new version DOES IT EVEN WORK?

The new survey pages were COMPLETELY worthless the last time I used them as it was impossible to get an excel download that was useable.  The "fix" of using Google sheets was no better.  Before you force every paying customer into the new survey pages is there some guarantee it will work!?  Thank goodness I had only surveyed 8 people so I could piece together the data from the summary but had I surveyed 100 I would have not been able to see the individual answers.
