We have added SMS and created a lead generation page. However, we want to collect SMS opt-ins to the web form that allows people to join our mailing list. I can collect phone numbers, but that is not the same. Can this be done?

If you have SMS on your account, there's an option to add SMS opt-in for landing page forms, including collection of the subsequent phone number.
