how do i add a tag to everyone that opened a mail from a specific campaign? When I look in the Actions all I see is "add to list" and "quicksend".  thanks

The most straightforward path would be doing just that, adding those contacts to a list first. Then navigate to that list in your Contacts tab, mass-select all the contacts, and add the appropriate tag.
