How come all of the suspended contacts that are shown each time in my reports have records that look like the below in the engagement report under contacts? Almost all of the contacts reported as suspended for the last couple of months actually have two entries with the EXACT same time in the report. So what is really happening? How can they bounce at the exact TIME that they were sent? CC should add SECONDS to the time as my guess is that the lower entry might be 5:27:01PM when CC sent the email and the top entry is 5:27:24PM when it bounced..... Thanks for the correct explanation.
5:27pm • Bounced as suspended • Email • for "REMINDER: Nov 4-6, 2022 Befriending Yourself - Loving the World Event"
5:27pm • Was sent • Email • "REMINDER: Nov 4-6, 2022 Befriending Yourself - Loving the World Event"

Hello @DianeM41 ,
That's generally how it works, if the receiving program is able to provide the bounce coding right away, then it should show the same time as the sendout. Suspended contacts are marked as such in our administrative system, therefore the engagement note will be even more immediate. If you still have confusion regarding how the suspended bounce type works, please see our main article on the subject.
