We updated our email list as the system suggested we remove emails that were NOT being active to the emails broadcast messages we sent. We knew it would take our over all contact list to almost half from over 13,000 to just over 6000. Our bounce rate used to run about 1 to 5 % depending on the week.
Since that update the system suggested we do back in January, our bounce rate SHOT up to about 92 % . How is that possible? Did something change with reporting? It's all different email types and not just gmail or yahoo or icloud.
HELP we have been using the system for over 15 years and never had an issue like this.
Thanks for any help you can give us.
