CSV file won't upload

I went through the FAQ and tutorial, my file should be fine but it will not upload.

Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to import your file? Is it formatted exactly as presented in the examples of our article on formatting contact files, and there's no other tabs/pages on the CSV file?

We'd advise either replying directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this thread response, or call our general support. That way you can more securely provide the contact file you're having issues with, and have us take a closer look.
