Campaign Click Through Slow

I did a test with my colleagues and after several minutes the reporting feature, having been refreshed several times did not register that there were opens or clicks, however, the heat map was functional. So it isn't logging the clicks and this is annoying. Thanks!

Hello @Teresa_ColorLink_ADRs ,

 

How soon after you sent the email were you trying to check for clicks and opens? Were you able to see the reporting start to populate after waiting an hour or two? Was the reporting up to date within 24 hours?
