Hello @EricaO33 ,

 

this is an issue originating from the Facebook side. Our devs suggest logging into your FB ads manager account and visiting Account Quality to see if you're able to receive more information about why the ads won't publish or if the ads account was disabled. If it is disabled, you should be able to request a review of your account from Facebook.
