Anyone have any thoughts on downloading a newsletter to a pdf? I click the download but it never does anything. I have tried with my pc deaktop and two new ipads but it won’t work. Very frustrating. Using firefox.

Hello @Gildingstudio ,

 

Does the issue still occur on Firefox after clearing your cache, exiting, and re-opening the program? Does it occur in private mode? Are you able to download the PDF version of your email on other browsers, such as Safari, Chrome, or Edge?
