Checkboxes with multiple responses

Hello, Is it possible to insert a survey/poll or checkboxes in which multiple responses can be selected? We want to offer several newsletter and email sign ups in one email so readers can select which ones they want, rather than sending several separate opt-in emails. DM

The blocks won't allow for multiple selections, you'd need to use a Survey Page for that functionality. Otherwise, you can also include links to separate landing page forms for each list, or a link to a coded form you've installed on your site that allows for multiple list options
