Connect an Instagram Business Profile to a Facebook Page

We have everything set correctly but still can't connect our Instagram account here in constant contact. Any other suggestions to get it to work? Is it not possible to sign into IG with that account information rather than going through Facebook?

Hello @IPMAHQ ,

 

No it isn't possible to login via Insta to connect the accounts, due to Facebook's API requirements.

 

Make sure the connected Insta account is a business page, not a creator page. They'll look similar but have different restrictions on API connections.

 

Beyond that, I'd recommend reaching out to Facebook/Insta's support to make sure the account is properly associated with your business page, that the Facebook login you're using is properly setup as an admin, etc.
