How do you get rid of "Answer 1" being written in and below the open answer selection for the survey?

I'm not finding an active survey in your account that's connected to this Community profile, but in general the open answer shouldn't have anything like that - it's just the selected character limit, and the text for the question. You may need to remove the question and replace the block if you're seeing some erroneous "answer 1" type element on it.
