Hello! Has anyone ever dealt with auto-response emails not being delivered to you once you send an email campaign? I've been working with email campaigns for quite a few years now and always receive the bounce back/auto response/vacation emails to sift through. Now all of a sudden, I'm told that it's by chance that these response emails are received. Any help is appreciated since this is becoming frustrating.

Hello @kimy60 ,
It can happen, but is by no means a guarantee, that when an email bounces an auto-response be sent to the From address. There isn't really a "fix" to this, since it depends on the settings of the receiving side - between the network domain, ISP, or email program configurations.

I figured out that the automatic replies are being sent to the "From" address and not the "Reply To" address. This is the reason I am not getting them. The from address adds something like ccsend to the email address.
It is very important that we receive automatic replies.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!
Hello @JordanW0 ,
The only real "fix" would be to set your account up for self-authentication so you can use your true email address as the From address.
