Difficulty entering a new contact

When entering a new contact I keep getting a message that there is a problem, to try again and if still unsuccessful to contact customer service. I was able to enter a few contacts before this message started to show up and I am able to edit current contacts without problem.

Any ideas?

I do apologize for this experience! Can you please reply with the error message that you are receiving? Also, please attempt to search for the email address under contacts to see if it is marked as unsubscribed or currently in your list. Thanks!
