Edit images in the Library
I need to add text over image that contains a link. My PDF had links but when I uploaded it, of course, I lost them. I need to add a text with a click here over the image. I don't see a way to do that once it is in my email. the edit the image feature in the library doesn't give me that option. Am I missing someway to do this?

With how emails work, adding a clickable text link in a text-over-image setup won't be possible. You can make the whole image a clickable link, or link to the original PDF you uploaded to your library through an image, text, or button.
