I was hoping to send an email to our membership with an attachment of our membership email directory. We are not sure how much longer our organization of retirees will be able to operate and thus the use of services like your own may need to end as our funds dry up. We would however like to have our current members have access to our email directory well after our organization no longer exists. In our circumstance a link to our directory on your server would no longer be available. Is there no way send this actual pdf file to our members that will stand on it's own regardless of our account status or even internet connectivity. Thank you.

Hello @SteveAb. Closing the account would not break the link as document uploads create what is called a permalink. Although you cannot include an attachment as you would with a standard email sent outside of our system, you can create a document link within the campaign as a regular hyperlink or a button to make it stand out more.
