Email Inquiry

Good Afternoon,

 

I sent a mass email to my clients, but the email address linked to my account at the time was not working.  I updated the email address a few days later. Would any new client responses be sent to the new email address? And what about the responses before I updated the email address—is there a way to retrieve them?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize but all client responses will be going to the email address that was used when the mass email was sent. Within Constant Contact we do not have a way to retrieve those responses. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
