We're seeing a number of emails not opened, and not returned as undeliverable. The names in this list are folks who have said they don't receive any emails from us. We're wondering if this is a challenge that other np's have experienced, and if yes, how were they able to resolve.

I'd advise speaking directly with the Delivery team for assistance regarding this, to see if they have what specialized info or troubleshooting they can utilize to pinpoint what the issue is.
