In the Events area I used to be able to allow people to pay at the door. Now I can't. Also what's with a hidden fee? You say you I can opt to have this fee added to the customer, but you don't tell me how much it is. So I can't give my customer a heads-up and I have no idea what the fee will be. And that is on top of the fees I already pay you.

In the legacy event builder, the Pay at Door payment option is available for accounts made prior to August 2019 on the Email or Email Plus plans. If your account was made after, or you're on one of the newer plan types, this option won't be available.
If you need reminders of what the fees are between our event system and the payment processors, I'd recommend taking a look at our main article on event fees.
If you'd like to request opting into the newer event tool's beta earlier in its rollout, you can utilize this link.
If you're on the Lite/Standard/Premium plan setup, then Pay At Doors won't be an option, regardless of the account's age.
