Format a file before importing a contact list into Constant Contact

I was sent a list of email addresses only.  It was from a company email list... how do i convert these email addresses so I can add to Constant contact list

You should be able to upload your list of only email addresses into the account using a spreadsheet. Click here for more information. Thanks!
