Our question is whether we can build our email lists through Facebook. Is it possible to have emails load into Constant Contact lists automatically?

If growing your lists through social platforms, I'd advise using a landing page sign up form. If you're looking to potentially get contacts that aren't necessarily following you on Facebook already, then I'd also advise looking into a lead generation ad.
