Am I the only one this glitch is happening to?

 

I'm using chrome and ONLY on the Constant Contact website do I see this glitch where there is this invisible pop up that is BLOCKING the tabs on the website.

 

It is very annoying and can make it impossible to use the website.

Hello @BrandelynW3 ,

 

I checked your account, and it looks like you sent an email out this morning. Were you able to resolve the issue? If it's specifically happening in Chrome, I'd advise performing some connectivity troubleshooting, as it's likely a browser extension or some other browser-specific element that's blocking out that one section of the webpage.

 

Additionally, when I did some testing, it looks like some of your emails may not have the physical address fully filled out (address line), which can prevent future sendouts. If you encounter a scheduling error about missing info, make sure there's no missing street / PO Box info in your required physical address section.

That's not the issue. It's only on your website that it pops up. I've had this issue for months and I can usually send out my newsletters by finagling things, it's only recently I can actually see what is blocking it. 

 

It's a feature on the website design because it's scrollable.  It might be a design issue that affects chrome. Since another browser doesn't have it.

I'm not seeing that at all on my end when looking in your account, nor in mine for either email builder. Have you tried any other connectivity troubleshooting besides checking to see if it occurs in other browsers?

  • Have you checked in Incognito mode to see if the issue occurs there?
  • Have you tried temporarily disabling browser extensions, ad/pop-up blockers, VPNs, and other security software, and refreshing the browser to see if the issue persists while they're disabled?
  • Have you checked your console command to see if you can highlight the code or any error messages that pertain to it?
  • Have you checked to see if the issue occurs on other devices or networks?
