I have a contact that says she isn't receiving mail. She says she check her spam folder and every other folder. She even says she set up rules.
The engagement tab says she is receiving them. Is there anything else I can do?

The most common issue we see with Gmail is that emails do get placed in the promotions folder. Checking that tab usually resolves most Gmail delivery issues. If she is not receiving emails there, it may be worth it to give our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for some live, 1:1 troubleshooting. Keep in mind that we may need to be able to speak with the recipient as well, so having her dialed in on the call will be very helpful.
