Why does the email say my name in the beginning when I selected the customized "Hello First Name" automation?

Hello @L90741 ,

 

When your email is being sent as a test or shown in preview, it will use your from name for the greeting tag. This will become the actual contact's info (if available) when the email is sent to them.
