AFTER EXPORTING FILE TO EXCEL, HAVE DATA IN COLUMNS I DON'T NORMALLY USE AND THEN I REMOVE THE DATA THAT IS NOT NEEDED AND UPLOAD BACK TO CONSTANT CONTACTS. I THEN EXPORT IT AGAIN TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE CHANGES WERE MADE..... THEY ARE STILL IN THE EXCEL FILE WHERE THEY WERE BEFORE.
Hello @SalF56 ,
When you re-upload a contact file, having nothing in the contact field columns or not including the contact fields at all doesn't mean the system will override the existing information - it simply won't update that info for those contacts. At this point I'd advise calling our general support so they can work with you live, 1:1 to assist you with whatever it is you're needing to do with your contacts.
