One of m attendees accidentally registered twice for my event. I'd like to delete one of the registrations. How do I do that?

You can select the three dots menu for the registration you wish to remove, and select the "Cancel registration" option. For step-by-step instructions, visual guidance, and other info on managing registrations, I'd recommend following along with this article.

I have a similar problem but was wondering if there was a way to turn off the ability to register twice for the same event.

You can select the option to limit registrations under the same email address to just one, on the editing screen for the registration form.
