How do you unsubscribe a customer from ALL lists? I see where you can select one, but this is cumbersome if a person wants to be removed from all lists.

You can set a contact's permissions to unsubscribed, which will bar you from sending them any emails unless they explicitly resubscribe. If you still want them available you can simply remove them from their lists by editing their contact. If you're needing to remove several contacts from several lists, you can conveniently do that through the main contacts dashboard.Â
