If you're a partner and have a particular promo code to grant to newly added child accounts, you should be able to find that info under the Account tab of your personal Partner account's top navigation bar. Otherwise, you can also reach out to Partner support directly via phone (1-855-854-8609) or by emailing them at partnersupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com.
