Hi, I'm having trouble finding the right format for a caroling party with RSVP mode. Please send me some options. This is a free community event.

Hello @CamiT3 ,

You can utilize one of the following:

RSVP block - the simplest and most straightforward. Contacts either click Attending or Not Attending, and you reference that in your email's report.

Survey Page - a solid option if you're wanting to confirm attendance by having them explicitly submit info to you, or if you need to collect info like dietary restrictions, parking, etc. Once published, a SP can be linked in emails to your contacts and posted on social platforms (such as a group page or chat). If you're wanting people who may not be contacts to be able to RSVP for the party, then this would be a better option.

Event - the most thorough option if you're wanting decisive attendance reports and absolutely need to collect certain info. If you're needing to highlight important information, you can include a landing page with more detailed info. For the registration itself you can setup different attendance types (tickets) if needed, and ask questions regarding dietary restrictions, guests, parking etc. If you have a cap on the amount of people who can attend, you can also set that for the "tickets" setup. LPs and emails with the linked event block will also have automatically generated links for directions. Events can be shared via email, on social, etc. like surveys.
