I need to change email

It does not allow me to change email from  to . Please make this change. The marketing email no longer exist.

Hello @BGCSCV ,

 

It looks like you've updated your main account email to the new address, but the old address is still being used for the reply-to and billing address. You can make those changes by editing an email to have the new reply-to address, and editing your Billing account settings to have the new address. Once those have been made the new addresses, you can remove the old one from your account settings.

 

If you still need assistance, please call our phone support so they can confirm security permissions and make these updates manually for you.
