Image Library Full- Can't Upgrade

Hi, I'm trying to put together a newsletter that needs to go out today, but I'm getting a message that my image library is full. However, when I got to upgrade, it shows that I already have a top tier plan and I don't have an option to upgrade.

Hello @KatherineG128 ,

 

If your Library is full, then you'll need to permanently delete files from your Library to make room.
