I'm trying to import 33,508 contacts from a CSV File. On the Screen where I match the columns, in the top right, it shows "5 of 18566"
Why only 18566?
Hello @RW-Canada ,
Contacts are denoted by unique email addresses. Are all the contact's email addresses in a single column, the one denoted in the preview? Are there any contacts that don't have associated email addresses? Do you have multiple tabs in your contact file you're trying to upload?

Hi William_D,
So the file is a single column of emails only. I have already removed duplicates. The only thing I can think of is that it's omitting 14,942 contacts because they already exist in Constant Contact.
Would Constant Contact know calculate which new/existing contacts at this point? or would it compute that during the upload?
The system checks for dupes during upload. When you upload a contact that's already in your account, the system will check and see if there's any new info associated with it - new name info, new physical address info, different list membership, etc.
If you're seeing a significantly reduced number during the contact field column assignment, then it's likely that contacts are being omitted for another reason. I'd advise reaching out to our general phone support or replying directly to the @ mention email with the contact list in question so we can securely go through it and figure out why contacts may be getting omitted from the ~33.5k it should be.
I was able to solve my issue by importing in smaller batches of 10k
